October 14th, 2008 the Rancho Palos Verdes commission voted 6-1 to DENY the Zoning Change to Commercial.

This was a clear message from the rest of the commissioners and city residents that CVS, the Requested Variance and the commercial Zoning change was NOT welcome in this community.
